Could you spare 20 minutes a week, even this small amount of work could go a long way to keeping all members up to date on what is happening on a team by team basis within the club!
It’s very easy to use, if you how to use Microsoft word it’s the exact same as that basically!Interested? Faughs are hosting a website Information night on Tuesday 20th July at 7.45pm. There will be a presentation on the night illustrating the potential and capabilities of the site. A step – by – step guide to some of the simple tasks like adding a post, uploading etc. There will also be user manuals and DVD’s with step by step videos specific to the Faughs site for everyone on the night. If you would like to get involved or curious for more information please come along, some light refreshments will be provided on the night.

Joint “Teams of the Week” are our Junior A camogie team who won the Summer Cup last Thursday and U13 camogie team who won Division 1 Group 2 league. Congratulations to both teams and mentors.
A great week also on the hurling front with all our teams, resplendent in their new gear, registering wins in their competitions – Senior and Junior A teams had convincing wins over Ballyboden St. Endas, Junior Cs won their game and Junior Ds beat Crokes on Thursday evening and followed this up with a win over Civil Service on Sunday morning.
Well done to Emmet, Fergal, Karl and the Dublin Minor panel on their win v Wexford, also to Ciaran and the Dublin U-21 team on their great victory over Kilkenny.
Best wishes for a speedy recovery to Connie Delaney who is recovering from recent surgery.

Well done to Junior Faughs Camogie team on their fantastic win in the summer league over CBC last night!
The Junior C hurlers also grafted out a victory to remain joint top of AHL6 with 4 games remaining, they play Olafs toniught at home at 7.45pm. Seniors play Boden tomorroe.

Best of luck to our Junior A camogie team who, having defeated St Brigids Good Counsel and St Oliver Plunketts are through to the final of the summer cup on Thursday evening next in the Phoenix park. All support welcome.
Good luck also to Fergal Heavey, Emmet Mc Kenna and Ciaran Brennan and the Dublin Minor and Under 21 teams, as they take on Wexford and Kilkenny in the Leinster Championship.Best of luck from the club to the 3 Faughs lads , Karl O Mahony, Emmett Mckenna and Fergal heavey who are on the Dublin Minor panel. They are playing Wexford in Parnell Park this Sat 26th June at 3pm.
Also best of luck to Ciaran Brennan who is on the U21 Dublin Hurling Panel who play in Nolan Park this Wed 23rd June.

Seniors had mixed results this week having a good win over Lucan Sarfields on Wed but losing out to Cuala by 1pt on Sat. Junior As lost to Craobh Chiarain. Junior Cs had two good wins over Round Towers and Raheny. Junior Ds lost to Naomh Barróg on Thursday but won their game v St. Peregrines on Sunday.
Best of luck to Maurice and the Dublin team in their Leinster semi-final v Kilkenny next Sunday.
Deepest sympathy is extended to Tony Herbert and the Mackey family on the death of Tony’s sister Helen. Ar dheis laimh Dé go raibh a hAnam dílis.

Junior C’s (AHL6) Tuesday
Round Towers 2-07 Faughs 4-14Faughs Junior C’s continued their fine form to go top of division 6. This is their fourth win on the trot in league or championship, let’s hope this form continues. Faughs were in solid in defence with fantastic performance from Tom McCreevey, Caolan Maher, and Ronan Hennessey. Tommy Madden held his own in midfield sending vital ball into the forwards when needed. There were a star performances up front from Karl O’Mahony who was a constant threat to Towers bagging a cool 2-3 from play. Ciaran O’Shea was dominant in centre forward bagging a goal from a free in the first half coupled with a rake of points from play and dead balls.
